My Benefits Advice helps you understand and enroll in the long-term care benefits offered through your employer. This guide walks you through accessing the platform, navigating the experience, and choosing a policy that fits your needs.

1. How to Access Your Account

You don't need to create an account or set a password. Just enter your email and verify a few details to get started.

  1. Go to https://app.mybenefitsadvice.com/[Employer_URL]
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Confirm your identity with:
    • Your last name
    • Your date of birth
  4. You're in — start exploring your benefits.
Important: Use the same email address each time you visit. Your progress and policy information are tied to that email.

2. Navigating the Platform

The top navigation menu is your home base for moving around the app:

Home Key info and your starting point for enrollment
Resources Long-term care education and reference materials
Help Support contacts and frequently asked questions
Account Sign out of your session

3. How to Get a Policy

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. From Home, click Back to Employee Enrollment Process.
  3. Review the policy benefits on the Welcome page.
  4. Click Get Personalized Plan.
  5. Answer a short set of personalization questions.
  6. Review your available policy options.
  7. Choose a policy and click Start Application.
  8. Enter any additional personal or beneficiary information.
  9. Answer the eligibility questions.
  10. Review and agree to the terms.
  11. Submit your application.

4. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I edit my application after submitting?
Yes. You can make changes before and after submitting, up until enrollment closes. Once enrollment has closed, the application is locked.
What if I forget which email I used?
Reach out to support and we'll help you locate your account. Be sure to use that same email on every visit so your information stays connected.
